Jacira is an Angolan actress and singer based in Los Angeles, whose multicultural upbringing—between Angola, the UK, and the United States—has deeply influenced her artistic sensibility. With a passion for storytelling rooted in her early years, she developed her talents in music and acting, first gaining public recognition through her music in Angola before embarking on a professional acting career on stage, television, and film.

Her professional acting career began in 2016 in an Off-Broadway musical at New York’s La MaMa Ellen Stewart Theatre. She further expanded her international career in Portugal, making her television debut in 2018 on the popular Portuguese telenovela Alma e Coração, penned by International Emmy Award–winning writer Pedro Lopes.

She continues to push her creative boundaries, embracing new forms of artistic expression fueled by her passion, curiosity, and commitment to growth as both an artist and storyteller.
